In January 2020, Cari Silva, a licensed esthetician, founded 413 Lash Studio, with a mission to enhance the natural beauty that God has bestowed upon each individual. Empowering beauty and faith, one lash at a time. Through her work, she aims to provide a sanctuary of relaxation and confidence. With over 9 years’ experience and multiple certifications, she customizes lash sets with a focus on lash health, using high quality, vegan products. She continually invests in her art to provide the best products along with continued education & techniques.
